Accountability

Leading this innovation I acknowledge and assume to be responsible for all actions, products, decisions and policies including administration, governance and implementation.     I have shared responsibilities with the project team and everyone is set to take their roles to complete the task. Every team member understands what team accountability means to deliver the highest level of quality and committed to being personally responsible for the success of the project.

To increase accountability we have set six methods and metrics of tracking the progress of the project;

  1. Feedback from beneficiaries.
  2. Cluster evaluation.
  3. Self-assessment checklist.
  4. Core capacity assessment.
  5. Cost per impact
  6. Donor perception report.
